Fritters from young zucchini with onions

STEP 1

We prepare delicious fluffy pancakes and prepare the necessary products with spices.

Grate one kilogram of young zucchini into a large container on a fine grater.
STEP 3

Very finely chop half a head of onion with two cloves of garlic and pour into a bowl with the zucchini.
STEP 4

Add dried herbs and black pepper to the bowl to taste.
STEP 5

Sift two hundred and fifty grams of flour into a common container in two steps and add one teaspoon of baking soda.
STEP 6

Mix all ingredients evenly in the container.
STEP 7

Break two chicken eggs into a separate bowl (if the eggs are small, take three) and beat with a mixer.
STEP 8

Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy and thick foam.
STEP 9

Pour the beaten eggs into a container with the zucchini mass, mix very well and let stand for thirty minutes for the flour to develop gluten.
STEP 10

Turn on the stove and heat the frying pan very well with vegetable oil added to it to taste, use a tablespoon to form pancakes from the zucchini mass and place them in a hot frying pan. Fry the pancakes until golden on both sides; when frying on the other side, cover the pan with a lid so that the pancakes are well fried.
