Fried Potatoes with Pepper and Salt Xiangzan Jiaoyan Xiao Tudou

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and set them to boil in their skins.

2. While the potatoes are cooking, make seasoning for them. I do it in a mortar.

3. Put all the spices, sugar and salt and combined everything with a pestle. Zira needs to be crushed to powder. Finely chop the green onion.
