    How to make a salad from fresh cucumbers and cheese? Very simple! To begin, prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Ingredients can be supplemented or replaced to your liking. You can buy store-bought mayonnaise or make your own.

    Wash the cucumbers and dry. Cut into small cubes. To make the salad more tender, I advise you to cut off the skin. The number of cucumbers depends on the size. If the cucumbers are large, like mine, two are enough, if they are short-fruited, then you can take 3-4 pieces.

    Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Divide into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater. Grate the yolks on a fine grater. You can grate the yolks immediately or directly onto the salad, then they will be fluffier.

    Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Any cheese will do. I have an ordinary Russian one.

    Wash the dill and green onions, dry and chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, cilantro, parsley, or use a mixture of different herbs.

    You can simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, but I prefer to make the salad in a cooking ring with a diameter of 14-16 cm. Place the diced cucumber in the first layer and pour over mayonnaise. I put the mayonnaise into a piping bag and cut off the tip. It's more convenient than using a spoon.

    Spread the grated cheese in the next layer and pour mayonnaise over it. If you wish, you can add salt to some layers, but I usually don’t add salt to salads with mayonnaise, mayonnaise is enough.

    Another layer - grated yolks.

    Sprinkle the remaining chopped herbs on top.

I decided to make a simple salad for dinner using this recipe, complementing the meat dish. The ingredients are simple, the preparation is elementary. I boiled the eggs hard and cooled them. Instead of green onions, I used onions and doused them with boiling water to prevent them from becoming bitter. I peeled the cucumbers according to the author’s recommendation to make them more tender. I crushed all the ingredients as described in the recipe, but did not separate the eggs into yolk and white. I decided to make the presentation a little different. I mixed all the ingredients in a bowl, seasoned the salad with 67% mayonnaise, and peppered with freshly ground pepper. Then I placed the finished salad in a homemade ring. It turned out beautiful and delicious. The salad is very light, so casual, tasty and simple. We liked the fresh cucumber and cheese salad. All products are in perfect harmony with each other. There are still fresh cucumbers, I will make this salad again and recommend it to everyone. Good recipe. Thanks to the author!

What initially attracted me was the design of the salad. But in reality, everything should be attractive (and taste too). The salad fully corresponds to its name; it really turns out to be very tender. True, I decorated the salad a little differently, I put it not on a dish, but in a deep bowl, but it didn’t seem to work out either. Both for the salad and for the decoration the author gets 5 stars. I recommend the recipe to everyone!
