French pie with potatoes, ham and mushrooms

Filling ingredients
STEP 2
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
STEP 3
Boil the potatoes in their skins in advance. Peel and cut into large cubes.
STEP 4
We cut the ham the same way as potatoes.
STEP 5
Add fried mushrooms to potatoes and ham.
STEP 6
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and chop the herbs. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 7
Add 2 eggs. Mix the filling until smooth.
STEP 8
Divide the finished puff pastry into 2 parts. Roll out each part.
STEP 9
Place one part on the bottom of the mold, forming high sides. We spread the filling.
STEP 10
Cover with the second part and seal the edges. Trim off excess dough. In the center of the pie, cut the dough all the way through to allow steam to escape during baking.
STEP 11
Before baking, brush the pie with egg.
STEP 12
Bake for 30 minutes at 190 C.
STEP 13
Let the pie cool slightly and cut into portions. Bon appetit!
