Flatbread with minced meat in a frying pan

Juicy, flaky, filling. A hearty meal for the whole family! When I first cooked flatbreads with minced meat in a frying pan, I thought, “How did I ever live without them?” This method is simple, affordable, quite unusual, but very, very tasty!

I baked flatbreads with minced meat in a frying pan. The dough is kneaded quickly and easily. While it is “resting” I prepared the minced meat. I spread a thin layer of minced meat onto the rolled out flatbreads and formed “puff pastries” in this interesting way, which the author shared. The flatbreads, fried until done, were served with fresh vegetables. The minced meat turned out to be very juicy, the dough in the middle was completely cooked (I was worried that it might remain damp). The edges of the flatbreads in the place where I pinched them turned out to be somewhat harsh, I had to treat them like the legs of a khinkali (it’s convenient to hold the flatbread by them, but you don’t need to eat them). Thanks for the recipe, nasstin!

nasstin, wow! This is a master class! Masterpiece!!! I really want to bite off a piece of the monitor along with the flatbread. Amazingly appetizing, tasty and easy to make. True, I need to practice a little with turning over, but otherwise I hope I can handle it. Thank you very much for the recipe!

We have to try it, one question, why do we need vodka in minced meat?
