The dough turns out quite stiff

Cover it with a towel and start filling

Finely chop the onion

Add chopped onion to the minced meat, add a little salt (we will also add soy sauce), pour in 1 tablespoon. l.vodka

Now - sesame oil. If you don't have sesame oil, don't worry, replace it with any other vegetable oil

Mix well - and our filling is ready!

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts

Roll out one part thinly, but not so thin that it glows - approximately like thin lavash

Place half of the minced meat on the flatbread and distribute it by 3/4

In the empty sector, make a cut on one side, fold and pinch the edges

Now we fold again and again pinch the edges well

Fold it one last time and pinch the edges on all sides.

Now carefully, using a rolling pin or just your hands, roll out and stretch the dough into a kind of circle

Reduce heat to medium, cover and fry for 5-7 minutes

Turn over and cook on the other side under the lid. We do the same with the second cake.
