Today I made fish under a fur coat baked in the oven, a classic recipe. I took a pangasius fillet, salted it, peppered it and sprinkled it with lemon juice. I laid layers of vegetables on top as indicated in the recipe and coated it with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise. I put all this beauty in the oven. It took longer to cook in my oven. It’s convenient that the fish immediately comes with a side dish. There is no need to prepare anything extra. The fish turned out tasty and juicy. Thanks to the author for the good recipe!

Delicious, self-sufficient dish. Looks good. I cook both fish under a fur coat and meat under a fur coat. Fast, tasty and less dishes to wash. Instead of mayonnaise, you can add grated garlic, lemon juice and a little mustard to the sour cream. It turns out like mayonnaise. Nasstin, you have good recipes. I enjoy using them. Thank you
