Since early childhood, the kitchen has been the heart of our home. Memories of grandma's pies and mom's signature soups always warm the soul. These moments taught me to appreciate the care we put into food. Traveling around the world, I have found inspiration in a variety of cuisines, from the spicy dishes of the Indian tradition to the lightness of the Mediterranean flavors. I believe that anyone can cook, and my goal is to make cooking accessible and understandable. By taking a step to the stove, we not only create taste, but also connect hearts.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Ernest Hemingway School of Gastronomy.
