Today I prepared an original, beautiful, hearty and tasty White Night salad of pork with mushrooms. We planned to have a large number of guests with children and I decided to decorate the salad. Cheese on top means mice! In general, I made mice from quail eggs. I don’t know who was more delighted with the salad, the kids or their parents. Thank you very much for the recipe!
