Quick microwave omelet with ham and cheese

STEP 1
Let's prepare the products. And the molds in which we will make the omelette. These can be small ceramic forms, cocotte makers, ramekins.

Place 1 teaspoon of butter in a bowl.
STEP 3
Melt in the microwave for 2-3 seconds.
STEP 4
Beat in one egg, add salt to taste and beat with a fork.

Then add milk and mix everything with a fork.
STEP 6
Add grated cheese and mix.
STEP 7
Cut the ham (sausage, boiled meat - whatever) into cubes.
STEP 8
add to our mixture and mix.
STEP 9
We cut a piece of loaf into cubes - we need it for the density of the omelette.
STEP 10
We add everything to our omelette mixture, mix, and also add parsley.
STEP 11
Pour the “omelet dough” into the mold, no need to grease, we have butter in the composition. We put it in the microwave and turn it on (at full power I have 800 W, check your microwaves) for 4 minutes.

Here is our finished omelette. Smells amazing))))

You can serve it in molds, or you can carefully walk along the “walls” with a knife, turn it over onto a plate - and a quick breakfast is ready!

Tender, aromatic, and most importantly - satisfying! If you wish, you can add tomato to the omelette, but I didn’t like it that way) But, as they say, everyone has different tastes))
