... if I understand correctly, Carrots are RAW (?), then why is it THERE (!), in paste (pate, butter, etc.)?!!! All products have a different structure and some are already were cooked (!), for HORSERADISE, you ask?!!! One might add, through a meat grinder - HORRISHERASKERSHARE!!!
