STEP 1
If you love savory baked goods, then this recipe is for you. From it you will learn how to bake a fish yeast pie - I tried to explain everything in as much detail as possible. Preparing products for the test.
STEP 2
We also prepare ingredients for the filling.
STEP 3
We dilute the yeast in warm milk and let it activate, covering it with cling film.
STEP 4
Pour the activated yeast into a bowl, add sugar, salt, and beat in the egg.
STEP 5
Add melted butter (room temperature) and begin to add sifted flour in parts and mix.
STEP 6
Knead the dough and form a ball. Cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
STEP 7
The dough will double in volume, after which it will need to be left at room temperature to warm up slightly.
STEP 8
Now roll out the dough into a circle 0.6 centimeters thick, retreating from the edge.
STEP 9
Place 2.5 cm thick salmon strips in a circle. Cover with dough and seal it well to make a roll like this.
STEP 10
We cut this roller into pieces 4 centimeters wide.
STEP 11
Turn each piece so that the fish is facing up, as shown in the photo.
STEP 12
Cut the rest of the fish into pieces and place in the center of the pie, lightly salt and pepper.
STEP 13
Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them: tomatoes into slices and peppers into strips. We also cut the olives into slices.
STEP 14
Place tomatoes, peppers and olives on top, salt and pepper everything.
STEP 15
Distribute the mozzarella cut into circles evenly. Let the cake rise for 20-25 minutes.
