Fish cutlets in a slow cooker

STEP 1

How to make fish cutlets in a slow cooker? Prepare your ingredients. You can use absolutely any fish. Read about the features of cooking in a slow cooker in the article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 2

If the fish is frozen, defrost it. Rinse, peel, remove skin and bones.
STEP 3

Pass mashed potatoes, fish fillets, onions, and garlic through a meat grinder. The minced meat will be very light and airy.
STEP 4

Add the egg to the minced meat and mix with a fork.
STEP 5

Season to taste. Basil and rosemary (in small quantities) also go well with fish. Mix thoroughly so that the spices are evenly distributed.
STEP 6

Add chopped herbs.
STEP 7

Stir again and leave to rest for 10 minutes. In the meantime, turn on the multicooker in frying or baking mode and pour in oil at the rate of 0.5 tbsp. for 1 cutlet.
STEP 8

Divide the minced meat into 8 parts, form 8 cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and place in a multicooker bowl.
STEP 9

When the cutlets are browned on one side, turn them over and close the lid. Fish cutlets cook very quickly, but I fried them for a total of about 15 minutes on both sides, because... I wanted to get a golden brown crust. All slow cookers work differently, so your cooking time may vary.
STEP 10
