Good afternoon A good way - not troublesome! An addition to the recipe - my husband likes the caviar to be like canned globes used to be - not in puree, but in chunks, so I cut everything smaller, approx. 1*1 cm and just mash it out of the oven with a fork. I put a lot of onions and peppers. You can add any sauce - even pomegranate sauce, pasta, or a spoonful of mayonnaise - whatever suits your taste. But it’s eaten instantly with crispy bread from the oven and cheese - so I cook it right for the table both in winter and summer - fortunately now all the products are available all year round. Yes, everything is taken as a basis - zucchini and pumpkin and blue ones))))

So, during the season of zucchini and vegetables from the garden, I prepared wonderful caviar this way. It turned out tender, tasty, the spices can be adjusted as desired, I also added white pepper and dried basil and parsley. And on the bottom shelf I also had a pie with homemade peaches baked.
