The dough is kneaded with kefir and soda, so you can start frying immediately after shaping the products. Flatbreads must be greased with butter, but not with margarine. This product adds tenderness and aroma to finished products. Miracle with potatoes can be served with hot drinks or soup instead of bread.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all products. Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender.

Pour soda into kefir and stir. Leave for 3 minutes.
