I prepared cottage cheese pudding in a slow cooker for breakfast. My cottage cheese was 9 percent. Eggs category C1. I used melted sour cream with 20 percent fat content. I used only four tablespoons of sugar instead of one glass. I deviated a little from the recipe and whipped the egg whites and sugar not just into a fluffy foam, but to hard peaks. The pudding took one hour to prepare in my slow cooker. The pudding turned out simply amazingly tender, airy, like a cloud. This is really not just a cottage cheese casserole, but a real pudding. It is not easy to apply when hot because it is very delicate. The structure of the cooled pudding becomes a little denser, but still remains airy. The taste of the pudding is also very delicate and pleasant. This pudding is perfect for breakfast! Thank you very much for the recipe!
