I decided to try a new recipe for cucumber and dill salad for the winter using this recipe. Good recipe, no hassles, cooked and rolled) Thanks to the author for the idea! I used large cucumbers, which are already in a jar and are not suitable for canning, I chopped them, salted them and gave them time to release the juice. According to the recipe, I added onion and dill and stirred. I put all the spices on the list and cooked until the cucumbers changed color. While it was boiling, I prepared the jars. A fairly large amount of liquid was released. I put the hot salad in jars, poured it with marinade so that it completely covered the cucumbers as recommended by the author, poured in sunflower oil and immediately rolled it up. Naturally, I tried the salad while it was still hot, it was really interesting to know what it tasted like, I couldn’t wait until winter) The salad was excellent, the cucumbers were crispy, there was just enough spice, the marinade was very tasty. I ended up with 6 liters of salad, just as the author of the recipe writes. To test it, I put cloves in one jar, we’ll try it in winter) A worthy recipe! I advise you to cook!

in principle, everyone has their own recipes and they are the same as everyone has their own taste. As in the proverb, one likes horseradish and the other loves pork. I also do something similar, but with minor changes, firstly I add calcined vegetable oil, but only after After it cools down, I fill the cucumbers with ready-made brine in which I have already dissolved both sugar and salt, and I add vinegar before rolling and add 2-3 cloves to it for taste and add horseradish to extend the shelf life, this will increase the shelf life, it will make they will be crispy and will add the aroma of horseradish, by the way, the cucumbers for my recipe can be taken overgrown, you just need to remove the peel from them, one nuance, not all the peel, but in strips, you get these kind of striped whales

It’s delicious, of course, but I’m not a fan of salads from jars, somehow they remind me of a very liquid and boiled mass, but this is just my opinion and it is subjective, those who love such salads will appreciate them!

Shura, the salads turn out like porridge, this is true, it’s a matter of technology here, that is, in the order of laying and holding time, while the water is hot, like in pilaf, the whole mistake is in the amount of water, take 4.5 cups of water for 3 cups of washed rice and you will see for yourself you will succeed, same with cucumbers
