Crumble with fish in white sauce

STEP 1

First of all, don’t forget to turn on the oven, everything cooks very quickly! For the shortbread crumble, mix the wheat flour with diced butter, sugar and salt (this can be done not only with your hands, but also with a blender or food processor, I prefer to prepare the crumble with my hands, It’s very simple and you don’t need to wash the household appliances afterwards).
STEP 2

Place the shortbread crumbs on a small baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
STEP 3

While the dough is baking, prepare the fish. Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Grease baking dishes with butter and place prepared fish on the bottom of each.
STEP 4

Prepare the ingredients for the sauce.
STEP 5

Mix them.
STEP 6

Spoon the sauce over the prepared fish.
STEP 7

Place the molds with the fish in the oven with the shortbread crumbs immediately (for me exactly 5 minutes passed after the crumbs started baking) for about 8 minutes.
STEP 8

Place the golden crumble in the tins and bake for another 5 minutes.
STEP 9

Before serving, decorate the crumble with dill and berries. Finita! Bon appetit!
