Now let's prepare the batter. Pour vegetable oil and beer into the flour, add salt and beat with a mixer. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Let it brew for 30 minutes.

Now let's get to the main thing! Dip our potatoes into batter. But we do it carefully so that the potatoes do not break. Fry in boiling vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

Place on lettuce leaves.
