It’s good that there were no insects, but the fine sand that remained at the bottom of the bowl was washed away. Boil the vegetables until soft and then blend with an immersion blender. I took 100 ml of cream so that the consistency of my soup did not become too thin. You can also drain a little broth in advance and use it to adjust the thickness. I’ll make a reservation right away, I prepared this creamy broccoli soup with cream for my grandmother, and dairy products are contraindicated for her, so instead of heavy cream I used lactose-free milk. Since the milk is quite thin, I reduced the amount by 30% of the indicated amount of cream. The consistency was just right! The texture of the soup was very nice and I really liked the taste of the soup too.
