Cod fish dumplings

STEP 1

It is advisable to sift the flour. Cod fish. Lard if desired, but the cod itself is very dry. Water at room temperature.
STEP 2

It seems to me that dumpling dough is simpler, probably just an omelet :) Mix all the ingredients and knead into a homogeneous, smooth, non-sticky dough. Cover or wrap in a bag so that it does not get too dry, and in the meantime prepare the filling.
STEP 3

I twisted the fish and lard in a meat grinder. I finely chopped the onion. I added salt and pepper to taste. I mixed everything well and the filling is ready.
STEP 4

I don’t think there’s any need to tell you how to roll out dumplings. Every housewife has tried herself in this fascinating process at least once in her life :) Just like dough, you can use absolutely anything. Perhaps you already have a recipe for your favorite dumpling dough. I had a lot of dough and minced meat, to save time I made large dumplings. I will freeze them, so I will send them in the cold on plates well dusted with flour.
STEP 5

And the process began... And if you do this in several hands, then time will go not only faster, but also more fun...
STEP 6

In the end, it turned out to be such a heap of deliciousness. In total, I got 2.6 kg of frozen dumplings, or 102 pieces. You can’t overeat :)
STEP 7
