I wanted to make a casserole, just like in kindergarten for a child. I found a recipe for “classic rice pudding in the oven with raisins.” I decided to cook it in a round form, not in portions. The products are very simple and are almost always available at home. I prepared everything exactly according to the recipe. I tried the thick rice porridge, it turned out very tasty on its own. Combined with whipped yolks, raisins and protein foam. I baked it in the oven for 45 minutes. Our afternoon snack was a great success! Everyone ate it with great pleasure! The pudding turned out to be dense in structure and did not fall apart when slicing. Not cloying, moderately sweet. The rice pudding is very smooth, with a slight hint of lemon.
