I made a salad of Chinese cabbage with cucumber and egg for lunch. I didn’t add green onions to it, but sprinkled watercress on top. I liked that it was juicy and tender (probably due to the eggs). Very good recipe! I will definitely repeat it!

For dinner I made a light salad of Chinese cabbage with cucumber and egg. We really like this combination. I boiled the eggs in advance, poured cold water over them and cooled. All that remains is to cut them into quarters, just like the cucumber. My cucumber had smooth, tender skin. But if it is rough, then it is better to clean it off. I cut the cabbage into not very long noodles. There was quite a lot of it. I added green onions to the salad, lightly salted it and dressed it with mayonnaise. The salad is juicy, crispy, very tasty!
