STEP 1
How to quite simply prepare oven-baked chicken with zucchini, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, eggplant, onions and various spices, which will undoubtedly appeal to many for its wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for preparing marinated chicken baked in foil with various vegetables.
STEP 2
To prepare the marinade, take a deep bowl and pour into it ten grams of chicken seasoning, half a teaspoon of dried ginger, one teaspoon of paprika, one teaspoon of dried garlic, salt to taste, then pour in three tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix everything well. Ingredients.

Take a large chicken, at least two kilograms, and place it on a plate, then make several small cuts with a knife in the breast, thighs and drumsticks of the chicken.
STEP 4
Fill the holes in the chicken with the previously prepared marinade and rub it well into the carcass from all sides, then place one teaspoon of the marinade inside the chicken and rub it well, then turn the chicken over and continue to rub the high-quality and repeatedly tested marinade into the carcass.

Place the marinated chicken in a plastic bag for two hours and periodically turn the bag with the chicken throughout the entire time.

To prepare a vegetable side dish, cut potatoes, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes into arbitrary pieces and place in a large bowl, then add about two tablespoons of Italian seasoned salt to the bowl with vegetables.

Mix the vegetables very well in a bowl with each other and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to it.

After two hours, remove the marinated chicken from the bag and place it on a baking sheet, then place one onion cut into large pieces inside the chicken and secure the cut with a toothpick.
STEP 9
Take a suitable rope and tie the legs of the chicken, then place it breast up in the center of the baking sheet, then place the vegetables from the bowl around the chicken and pour the remaining vegetable juices and vegetable oil over it.
STEP 10
Cover the chicken with vegetables with foil and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred and fifty degrees for one hour.
STEP 11
Place one tablespoon of honey in a small bowl, then pour the remaining five grams of chicken seasoning into it, add two tablespoons of the juice from the vegetables with the chicken and mix all the ingredients until the consistency of a homogeneous honey mass is suitable.
STEP 12
Brush the chicken with a thin layer of the prepared honey sauce and place the baking sheet in the hot oven for fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 13
Place the cooked chicken with vegetables on a suitable dish and serve at the holiday or dinner table.
