I've always wanted to make nuggets at home. I liked the idea of ​​marinating chicken fillet in kefir; to be honest, this is the first time I’ve heard of such an approach. Our family didn’t work out with almonds, so I didn’t use them in the cooking process. I see that both in the photo and at home I didn’t get an even golden crust like at McDonald’s. You don't know how you can achieve this at home?
