STEP 1

How to fry chicken fillet in batter in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. Take fresh chicken fillet; if you use frozen, it should be thawed, but not completely, to make it easier to cut. You can use any spices; I use a ready-made mixture of spices for chicken. I will prepare the batter for the chicken using sour cream; you can use any other batter you like. Prepare a frying pan.
STEP 2

Rinse the chicken fillet under running cold water, dry with a paper or regular towel. Using a sharp knife, cut each fillet crosswise into pieces 1.5 - 2 centimeters thick. It is better to beat the pieces on each side with a culinary hammer, but not too hard, so as not to tear the meat. It is convenient to do this through cling film: this way there will be no splashes and the meat will not tear. Season each piece with salt and pepper on each side, and also add spices, distributing them evenly.
STEP 3

To prepare the batter, take a deep small bowl. Break a raw egg into it, beat it a little with a whisk, add salt to taste, but not much, since the chicken fillet has already been salted. Add sour cream and mix again, add the specified amount of flour and mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Dip each piece of chicken fillet into the batter until it completely covers the meat on each side. Place the meat in a preheated frying pan and fry the meat on each side over medium heat until golden brown (5 - 7 minutes).
