STEP 1
How can you quite simply prepare a festive hot dish from chicken drumsticks baked in puff pastry, which will surely appeal to many for its wonderful taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products with spices and wash seven chicken drumsticks well, then remove the skin from them and make a cut on one side of each to the bone.
STEP 2
Place the cut chicken drumsticks in a deep bowl and add one teaspoon of chicken seasoning, one teaspoon of dried garlic and salt to taste.
STEP 3
Rub the seasoning thoroughly into each chicken drumstick, then mix with your hands and give them a little time to brew and soak in the aromas of the spices.
STEP 4
Cut three hundred grams of champignons into fairly thin slices and place in a dry frying pan, then place it on the stove and so that the mushrooms release all excess moisture, stir periodically and fry them over high heat.
STEP 5
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan with mushrooms.

Cut two potatoes into small random cubes and place them in a frying pan with mushrooms, then stir and fry the mushrooms and potatoes over high heat on the stove for nine to ten minutes.

Add one third of a teaspoon of nutmeg, one third of a teaspoon of coriander, one or two teaspoons of sour cream, salt to taste to the frying pan and mix all the ingredients in the frying pan together, then put the prepared filling in a deep plate and cool.

Place a frying pan on the stove and pour a little vegetable oil into it, then place the chicken drumsticks in the frying pan and fry them on each side until cooked.

Take a fine grater and grate thirty grams of hard cheese into a plate filled with mushrooms and potatoes.

Take a half-kilogram roll of puff pastry without yeast and cut it into eight equal parts, then knead one of the parts and roll out to a thin oblong cake, which you then cut into three-millimeter strips and cover them with a napkin.
STEP 11
Roll out each piece of dough one by one to flat cakes two to three millimeters thick and give them a square shape.
STEP 12
Place fried chicken drumstick and a heaping tablespoon of mushroom and potato filling closer to the center of the flatbread.
STEP 13
Gather the edges of the tortilla around the chicken drumstick, then press them together well and form pouches.
STEP 14
Take a strip of dough and wet it with water, then wrap it around the assembled top of the formed dough bag and secure.
STEP 15
Place the chicken drumstick with the filling in formed dough bags on a baking sheet, which you first cover with baking paper and grease the bags with beaten chicken egg, then place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees.
STEP 16
Bake the chicken drumstick with filling in dough bags for thirty to thirty-five minutes until fully cooked, then place the prepared dish on a plate and serve to the holiday table.
