STEP 1
How to make chicken cutlets with mushrooms and cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For such cutlets, you can use any mushrooms. I will use boiled wild mushrooms that have been boiled and frozen during mushroom season. You can prepare minced chicken yourself by grinding the fillet through a meat grinder or buy it ready-made.
STEP 2
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Mushrooms must also be finely chopped. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms and onions for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Then cool the mushrooms a little.
STEP 3
Place the prepared minced chicken into a large bowl. Add an egg and grated cheese to it.
STEP 4
Then add the fried mushrooms and add flour and breadcrumbs. Add salt and spices to taste. I use ground pepper as a spice.
STEP 5
Mix the whole mass well. It will turn out thick and viscous.
STEP 6
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant form. I take the metal one. Grease the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil. With wet hands, form the cutlets and place them in the pan. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

About 5 minutes before the end of baking, the cutlets can be turned over so that they fry a little on the other side. Remove the finished cutlets from the oven, add any side dish and serve. Bon appetit!
