Chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and cheese

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
For this recipe we will need the products indicated in the composition. This recipe is one of my favorites with my additions. I will be happy to tell you how to cook chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and cheese.
STEP 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Cut the ham and pickled cucumbers into strips.
STEP 4
Wash and chop mushrooms, onions and garlic.
STEP 5
Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan, lightly fry the mushrooms, add the onion and garlic, fry over moderate heat for 15 minutes until cooked, stirring.
STEP 6
Turn off the heat, add ham, cucumbers, grated cheese to the pan with mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and mustard, mix everything well. You can put the mushrooms from the frying pan into a deep bowl, add the remaining ingredients for the filling and knead everything in it.
STEP 7
Divide the finished filling into three equal parts.
STEP 8
Prepare the meat. Use a knife to make neat slits in the chicken fillets, as in the photo, to form so-called “pockets”.
STEP 9
Fill them with the mushroom mixture and close.
STEP 10
For better adhesion, the edges can be sewn or secured with a toothpick.
STEP 11
Mix milk with salt and dip the finished breasts in it. Roll them well in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides over moderate heat until cooked.
