Chicken breasts in sour cream sauce in a frying pan

STEP 1
How to make sauce with chicken breast? Measure out the ingredients you need. Instead of chicken, you can use turkey breasts or any other meat fillet of your choice.
STEP 2
Clean the chicken fillet, rinse, dry and cut into small pieces.
STEP 3
Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Remove the garlic and you can throw it away, we only need garlic oil. At this stage, you can fry the onions cut into half rings in oil. I don't like it, so I don't add it.
STEP 4
Place chicken fillet in the same frying pan and fry until golden brown, stirring everything with a spatula. Keep the heat medium or below medium.
STEP 5
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to the chicken pan. Stir. Cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes. If the contents of the pan sizzle a lot, you can reduce the heat a little.
STEP 6
At the end of frying, you can add fresh rosemary needles to the chicken breasts in sour cream sauce. Serve the dish hot, on its own or with any side dish. I have this boiled pasta.
