    How to make charlotte with cabbage in the oven? Prepare your food. First things first for the filling. Any cabbage will do - young, very soft and green, and winter varieties, firm and juicy. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil. It can be either olive or regular sunflower, choose according to taste or availability. Remove the top leaves from the head of cabbage and rinse it with water.

    How to make the filling? Finely chop the cabbage with a knife, place in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and rub with your hands. This way it will become much softer and juicier. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the cabbage and fry it for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Then turn off the fire. If desired, cabbage can be fried with onions or carrots, you will get a new and interesting taste.

    Prepare the dough. How to make the dough? Beat chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add mayonnaise (you can use full-fat sour cream instead of mayonnaise, it will be less caloric). There is no need to add salt since mayonnaise contains enough salt. Accordingly, add salt to the dough with sour cream.

    Mix the ingredients with a whisk or mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

    Add sifted wheat flour combined with baking powder to the bowl with the egg mixture (it will make the cake fluffier).

    Pour the dough into a baking dish and place it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. You need to focus on the operation of your oven and the size of the mold. The pie should be well browned on top. Remove the charlotte from the oven, let cool slightly and serve. Bon appetit!

I would never have thought that there was a recipe for charlotte with cabbage in the oven. Usually charlotte is made with apples or other fruits and berries) Why not experiment with cabbage) My cabbage was young, tender, I didn’t fry it for long, I added onions to the filling for more taste. The dough is kneaded very quickly, literally in a few minutes. I baked the cabbage charlotte in a mold with a diameter of 20 cm until the skewer was dry, it turned out to be quite high. We loved this pie! It is very juicy, tasty, tender. It was perfect for a snack with tea, and it was also delicious for dinner with sauces. Thanks for the new unusual recipe!

Believe it or not, I never thought there was a charlotte with cabbage. We were surprised) I saw it on the website literally the day before yesterday and did it. But I also grated half a carrot, I like to experiment. It turns out very tasty) And I replaced the mushrooms with... cranberries! Very interesting recipe! We’re all used to making traditional charlotte from apples, well, I also made it from bananas. But I tried it with cabbage for the first time) I did everything according to the recipe, but it turned out something was wrong - it turns out I added too many spices (and I shouldn’t have spoiled it ). But then I did it as expected and it turned out to be a tender cabbage pie))
