I’ve cooked charlotte more than once, but I haven’t cooked charlotte with mayonnaise with apples yet. I decided to fill this gap. And for good reason! I kneaded the dough following the recipe. I just added vanilla on the tip of a knife. I took three apples for the pie, but when I started cutting, I realized that two and a half would be enough. I greased the mold with sunflower oil and sprinkled it with flour. The charlotte, as usual in my oven, took longer to cook than the time indicated in the recipe. It was baked well, rose and did not sag. At the same time, the cake is very soft and porous. The kids and I really enjoyed it! I didn’t sprinkle powdered sugar on top; it was already delicious and we ate it quickly. Maria, thank you for the wonderful recipe! I recommend cooking it!
