How to make charlotte with mayonnaise and apples? Prepare your ingredients. Take sweet and sour apples for charlotte - the most suitable varieties are Antonovka, Semerenko, Granny Smith. I used mayonnaise with lemon juice. The taste of this mayonnaise is soft, there is a slight sourness. It seems to me that for sweet baked goods you need to choose mayonnaise with a not pronounced taste, without spiciness and without a clear taste of mustard.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat with sugar with a mixer until fluffy and fluffy.
STEP 3

Add mayonnaise, soda and salt to the beaten eggs. Beat everything again until smooth.
STEP 4

Sift the flour and add to the dough. Mix until smooth with a spatula or mixer on low speed.
STEP 5

Wash the apples, dry them, cut them in half and remove the core. Cut the apples into small slices.
