Wonderful cutlets! So tasty, especially with sour cream, and so sweet, although I didn’t add a single gram of sugar! True, my carrot was a bit dry, I had to add more milk and less semolina. The result is bomb; in general, vegetable cutlets are a real culinary miracle, worthy of much more attention. Thanks for the recipe
