    While the cakes are baking, prepare the buttercream. Beat softened butter with condensed milk and vanilla.

    Beat 4 egg whites with sugar for 5-7 minutes to obtain cream to cover the top and sides of the cake.

    When the cakes have cooled a little, we assemble our future cake. We generously grease each cake layer, except the top one, with butter cream, leaving a little for the roses on top of the cake.

    These are how tall the cakes turned out. We collect in the following order: 1 - chocolate, 2 - poppy seed, 3 - with nuts and raisins.

    Cover the top and sides of our cake with salad-colored protein cream. We decorate with buttercream roses (using a pastry syringe), and make the inscription from melted chocolate.

    We prepare an openwork pattern from melted chocolate, which is made on film according to your imagination. We make 2 segments. When it starts to harden, but is still elastic, carefully transfer it to the side surface of our cake.
