Cake with poppy seeds, nuts, raisins, chocolate sponge cake

Beat eggs, add sugar
STEP 3

Now add sour cream, slaked soda, sift the flour and add gradually. Knead soft dough, very thick sour cream. We divide it into 3 parts.

First add cocoa

The second part will be with poppy seeds (steamed), and the third - raisins (pre-soaked) with nuts (twisted through a meat grinder)
STEP 6

Bake the cakes individually in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes, check with a stick for readiness.
STEP 7

While the cakes are baking, prepare the buttercream. Beat softened butter with condensed milk and vanilla.
STEP 8

Beat 4 egg whites with sugar for 5-7 minutes to obtain cream to cover the top and sides of the cake.
STEP 9

When the cakes have cooled a little, we assemble our future cake. We generously grease each cake layer, except the top one, with butter cream, leaving a little for the roses on top of the cake.
STEP 10

These are how tall the cakes turned out. We collect in the following order: 1 - chocolate, 2 - poppy seed, 3 - with nuts and raisins.
STEP 11

Cover the top and sides of our cake with salad-colored protein cream. We decorate with buttercream roses (using a pastry syringe), and make the inscription from melted chocolate.
STEP 12

We prepare an openwork pattern from melted chocolate, which is made on film according to your imagination. We make 2 segments. When it starts to harden, but is still elastic, carefully transfer it to the side surface of our cake.
