Cake Golden Autumn

Delicate cottage cheese cream soufflé with orange flavor on apple sponge cake. My favorite time of year is autumn. Transparent air, a riot of changing colors in nature from golden yellow to crimson red, the rustling of falling leaves underfoot, a lot of ripe fruits: all this inspired me to create the Golden Autumn cake. This cake is an improvisation, so some of the ingredients were added during the cooking process. Don't be intimidated by the long description of the preparation; in fact, the cake is simple to prepare.
