Today I cooked cabbage with champignons stewed in a frying pan. The cooking process is simple and short, and the combination of cabbage and mushrooms is a classic of the genre! The result is expected to be excellent. Instead of tomato, I used homemade tomato juice, about 250 ml; of course, I did not add water. Otherwise, I did not deviate from the recipe. My cabbage was young, perhaps it cooked a little faster, I don’t really look at the time, I focus on my taste preferences))). It turned out very tasty! Juicy, tender sweetish cabbage with mushrooms and light tomato sourness! I am quite reserved when it comes to spices; a little black and hot pepper and paprika were enough for me. Thank you, Yulia M!
