    How to make a brownie pie? Prepare your ingredients. For brownies, take high-quality, rich cocoa. Nesquik and similar powders are not suitable here. Like chocolate, buy it of high quality, bitter or milk - it doesn’t matter (mine is in caplets). Butter must be of high quality, complying with GOST. Remove it from the refrigerator in advance to allow it to soften. Take selected eggs.

    Place soft butter in a deep bowl, add sugar. Beat with a mixer until fluffy and light.

    Without stopping beating, add eggs one at a time, stirring the mixture after each egg.

    You will get a homogeneous mass.

    Sift the flour together with cocoa. Add them to the dough.

    Mix the dough with a spatula or mixer at low speed until smooth. There is no need to stir for a long time so that the dough does not become too sticky.

    Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Since I have ready-made caplets, I added them whole. Add chopped chocolate to the dough and stir until the chocolate is distributed evenly throughout the dough.

    Place the dough in a parchment-lined baking dish (25x25 cm) and smooth it out. Bake the pie in the oven at 165°C for about 35 minutes. There is no need to bake the brownies longer - they should remain soft and tender inside.

    Prepare the glaze. How to make glaze? Combine chocolate and cream in a saucepan and, stirring, melt it over low heat.

    Cool the cake, transfer to a plate and use a pastry bag to make a mesh of glaze. If you don't have a pastry bag, you can put the icing in a plastic bag and cut off the tip.

The best way to make chocolate even more chocolatey is to make brownies! There are many varieties of this American dessert. I prepared a classic brownie according to Khrumka’s recipe) I added 150 ml of coffee to the dough (I really love the combination of coffee and dark chocolate) and slightly increased the amount of flour so that the dough was not too liquid. The pie is just a chocolate bomb! Moderately moist and soft, it melts in your mouth. There is a thin and fragile crust on top, and underneath there is a viscous, delicate chocolate mass that has a very rich taste. And the coffee notes complement it perfectly. I advise you to wrap the dessert in film and leave it in the refrigerator overnight, so it will not be too dry (after all, the most important thing in a brownie is its texture). Olga, hello! My opinion on the recipe: I think the brownie should be moister in the middle, like frozen cream. You probably overexposed it a little - it turned out a little dry. For God's sake, don't be offended, it happened to me, unfortunately. And as a chocolate pie - it’s quite suitable, it goes great with tea

Hello and thank you immediately for the recipe. I agree with the previous advice on the recipe, it requires a little adjustment. But overall the result is excellent. The dessert is really practical and very filling. At the same time, it does not require a large amount of ingredients, the taste is both homemade and reminiscent of elite baked goods (I recently ordered brownies from Vanilla and Basil, they were delicious).
