    For preparation you need: twenty-four pieces of small waffle cakes "brizoli", two chicken eggs, seventy grams of mozzarella cheese and three grams of dill (the weight of chopped leaves without the thick part).

    Finely chop the dill. Cut the mozzarella 5mm thick with sides approximately two by two centimeters.

    Break two eggs into a deep container and beat with a fork until smooth, lightly add salt to taste.

    For one serving you need four waffle layers, two on top and two on the bottom. Place a piece of mozzarella and a little dill in the center.

    Carefully dip the workpiece into the egg on both sides. Thanks to the use of four wafers, instead of two, the workpiece does not become soggy and keeps its shape when finished.

    Fry on grill plates with the lid closed (pre-lubricate the plates with vegetable oil) for 4 minutes at a device power of 1000 Watt (depend on your gadget).
