I've been eyeing the recipe for PP salmon bowl for a long time. And yet I decided to cook. In principle, I had all the main necessary ingredients, except for rice vinegar. It was replaced with apple one. As a fish component, I took semi-smoked chum salmon balyk. Only avocado let me down. The other day I was glad that for the first time in my life I liked its taste. And then I came across an unripe fruit, hard and tasteless. I didn’t want to replace the avocado with anything else, and I didn’t want to run to the store for a new one. I decided to try to remedy the situation by putting the sliced ​​avocado in the microwave at full power (1000 W) for 2 minutes. And - oh, miracle - it helped! The avocado became soft and its taste improved. So there was no need to put off preparing the bowl. The bowl turned out very tasty. The whole family liked it (except for my daughter, but she ate the fish with pleasure). The combination of all the ingredients is simply wonderful.
