STEP 1

How to make a salmon bowl PP? Prepare all the ingredients listed. According to your taste, you can add fresh vegetables such as cucumber, radish, carrots, bell peppers, canned peas or corn, etc. Instead of rice, you can take quinoa or glass noodles (funchose). I have lightly salted salmon, you can use any other fish, boiled.
STEP 2

First, start with the rice. Rinse it several times until the water is clear. Place in a saucepan and, lightly salt, boil until tender according to the instructions on the package. Add sugar to the prepared cereal, pour in vinegar and mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 3

Place lightly salted salmon in a deep bowl or bowl. Pour soy sauce over it and leave it this way for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the rice will cool down and you can begin assembling the bowl.
STEP 4

Tackle the remaining groceries. Rinse the avocado, dry it and peel it. Cut the avocado into slices or cubes.

Place the cooled boiled rice in a deep bowl and smooth it out.

Carefully place avocado slices on one side. If desired, sprinkle them with fresh lemon juice.

Pour the remaining soy sauce over everything after marinating the fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with a lemon wedge. Rinse the green onions, dry and chop finely. Sprinkle each plate with herbs.
STEP 10
