STEP 1

Pour in the wine and simmer the mixture until the smell of alcohol disappears. Add spices (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano).
STEP 4
Add canned tomatoes, chili, honey and tomato paste, chopped garlic. Mash the tomatoes with a spoon and when the mixture boils, reduce the heat.
STEP 5
Simmer for over two hours until the sauce is smooth and thick. It will be impossible to resist its aroma!
STEP 6
To prepare pasta, boil 1 liter of water per 100 g of spaghetti, add olive oil and salt. Cook the pasta for about 10-12 minutes, then drain it in a colander and rinse with cold water - this will allow it to cool and acquire a richer taste. Melt the butter in a saucepan and reheat the cooled spaghetti.

Grate Parmesan.
