Chop the cucumber into semicircular slices.

Place the prepared vegetables in a salad bowl and put them in the refrigerator. Cut the boiled cod fillet into pieces according to the number of servings (mine is for 2 servings), put it on a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and put it in a cool place.
STEP 6

We serve the salad. Before serving, season the vegetables and pour them with soy sauce, and then place them in a heap on green lettuce leaves (rinse under running water and dry with a paper towel). On top of the vegetable salad we lay out pieces of fish, sprinkled with chopped celery and ground black pepper. Decorate with greens.
STEP 7
