    How to bake boiled pork in the oven in foil? Prepare your ingredients. For boiled pork, it is better to choose a large piece. A ham or neck weighing at least 1 kg is ideal: their size and fat percentage guarantee an exquisite taste. Shoulder or thick sirloin are also used in many boiled pork recipes, but they require more attention. The meat must be fresh. Even defrosted correctly, it will be significantly less juicy.

    Place all spices and salt into a small bowl.

    Wash the pork, pat dry with paper towels and place on a plate.

Baked pork in foil is an incredibly appetizing dish that is very tasty both hot and cold. The meat was washed and dried. I cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and stuffed them into the meat. Mix salt and spices for meat in a bowl. First I rubbed the pork with a mixture of seasonings, then coated it with mustard and added a little sour cream. I put the meat in a bowl, covered it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. The next day I put the meat in foil, wrapped it in several layers and put it in the oven to bake at 180° for 1.5 hours. Then I opened the foil, poured the juice over it and left it for another 15 minutes. We tried it hot, but the main serving was cold as a slice. It turned out amazingly tasty, soft meat! Maria, thank you! A wonderful way to bake, the meat turned out juicy and soft! I took boneless carbonade from Miratorgovsky. The calorie content of the finished dish is only 166 kcal. Instead of rosemary, I added basil, reduced the amount of garlic and pepper by 3 times.
