I prepared baked muesli to add to fermented baked milk, kefir or yogurt. This is a great idea for breakfast! I increased the number of servings, I had two packages of oatmeal, 350 g each. By the way, pieces of banana and apple were added to the oatmeal, which is also good. I had frozen walnuts, chopped them coarsely and added them to the cereal. Replaced cranberries with dates. I think you can add any dried fruit to your taste. To fill it with water, I used a little less water and did not add sugar. While stirring, I got some sticky lumps. Once upon a time I often baked muesli, then I filled the flakes only with vegetable oil and honey. I ended up with more oatmeal and baked it longer. Three times for 15 minutes, stirring each time. Then I added dried fruits and baked for another 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, the edges begin to burn quickly, so you need to stir often; I even set a timer). This recipe correctly states that dried fruits should be added at the very end. I had an experience when I baked the whole mass at once, and as a result the raisins puffed up and burned. I stirred the cooling muesli a few more times to break up the lumps. They turned out super crispy and flavorful! Very tasty, you can even nibble on it just like that).
