  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's prepare the products. It is advisable to wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. If you don’t like any of the spices or seasonings or are allergic to them, do not use it in the marinade.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Combine spices and salt and mix well.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rub the washed and dried meat well with spices. In this recipe we will not stuff the meat with pieces of garlic. We'll just marinate it really well. Place the meat rubbed with spices on a plate, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator to marinate. For at least 2-3 hours. I put it on at night.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Place the marinated meat in a baking sleeve. We fasten the edges with special clamps. Then use a toothpick to pierce the top of the bag in several places so that steam escapes and does not “inflate” the sleeve too much. Place the meat in the multicooker bowl. Turn on the baking program. I set the program for 1 hour 30 minutes. Follow your assistants and choose the cooking time depending on the power of the multicooker. My power is 860 W.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After 1.5 hours, very carefully (!!!), so as not to get burned by the steam, cut the baking sleeve and turn the meat over to the other side - so that the edge of the meat that was on the bottom is on top. This way the whole piece will be crispy and beautifully colored. And set the “baking” program for 15 minutes. This time was enough for me. Be guided by your devices.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Here is our finished pork! It is very aromatic, juicy and delicious!

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the finished meat on a plate. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, pasta, porridge. Very tasty with fresh vegetables. When cold, it goes well with sandwiches.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

This meat will decorate any holiday table! Prepare for your health! Bon appetit!

It turned out that baking meat in a slow cooker is as easy as shelling pears, and it turns out very tasty. I would never have thought that a baking sleeve could also be used for a multicooker. I took a piece of pork weighing about 1.2 kg. Of the suggested spices, I took everything except mustard (I didn’t have it). The meat was marinated in spices for 2.5 hours. The meat turned out delicious, and I'm not exaggerating. Soft, juicy, aromatic. While the meat was baking, there were such smells in the air that it made your mouth water. The spices are chosen just perfectly. The result was an amazing variety of flavors. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I’ve never cooked meat in a slow cooker; more often I baked it in the oven in a sleeve or in foil. I’ll try to cook it in a slow cooker at Baking. Thanks for the recipe! the meat looks very nice!
