  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to bake pork ribs in a sleeve in the oven? First of all, it is very important to choose the right ribs. It is advisable to buy meat from a young animal; only chilled or frozen meat will not be as tasty. And, of course, the ribs should have enough meat and a small layer of fat.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Be sure to remove the film from the side of the ribs so that it does not spoil the taste.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rinse the meat, dry thoroughly and cut into portions. A couple of ribs per piece is enough. Also remove the veins and cut off excess fat, but leave a small layer. It is lard that will provide the necessary juiciness and a recognizable appetizing aroma. Season the prepared ribs with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Prepare the necessary ingredients for the marinade. In a separate plate, mix soy sauce, refined vegetable oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grainy mustard, a pinch of ground coriander, a pinch of paprika, dry adjika, a little Italian herbs, dry seasoning for pork and a little shish kebab. With these seasonings, the pork marinade turns out very tasty and balanced, but you can always replace them to your taste.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Immerse the meat in the marinade and mix well with your hands, rubbing the mixture into each piece. Add salt if necessary. Cover the ribs with a lid and leave at room temperature for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. Then put the meat in the refrigerator overnight. It is advisable to shake the bowl a few more times.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

In the morning the meat will be perfectly marinated. You need to take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that the bowl and meat come to room temperature. During this time, shake the bowl a couple more times. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the ribs in a baking sleeve in one layer. Tighten the ends of the sleeve with clips, and make three small cuts at the top at equal distances to allow hot air to escape. I place the sleeve with ribs in a disposable foil pan and place it on a baking sheet. Place the ribs in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 1 hour. The exact time depends on the features of your oven.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

15 minutes before the end of baking, cut the sleeve so that the ribs brown. Place the finished ribs in a container with a lid and let them rest for 8 minutes so that all the juices in them disperse.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Serve the ribs with vegetables and herbs, with barbecue sauce or just ketchup. This is a self-sufficient dish, but can be served with a side dish of potatoes or cereals. Ribs in this marinade are especially good in the sleeve, but you can easily take them outdoors and cook them on the grill on a grill. Bon appetit!

When cutting up the pork, I was left with several ribs of different sizes. I decided to bake them. On the site I found an excellent recipe for pork ribs in a sleeve in the oven. For the marinade, I mixed soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil, paprika, dried rosemary and a mixture of peppers. Instead of grainy mustard, I added regular grains. The marinade is simply wonderful! All ingredients combine well with each other. The ribs marinated overnight in the refrigerator. During this time, the meat was well soaked. Bake at 200°C for 1 hour. There was no need to brown it additionally; the ribs turned out crispy. The meat is very tasty and juicy! Mustard seeds have a pleasant crunch and are not spicy when bitten. It seems to me that this is the most successful marinade for ribs and pork in general!

I did everything as in the recipe, I just added some lingonberries. I love pork with the addition of sour berries - and I couldn’t resist. The ribs themselves are an excellent delicacy, and with such a marinade, and even in the sleeve, they fly away in one go! With them, a family dinner, a festive feast, and a picnic will be a success!
