STEP 1

How to make assorted pizza? Prepare the necessary products for the test. Heat the water slightly until warm. Olive oil can be replaced with any odorless vegetable oil.

Sift the flour into a suitable sized bowl to enrich it with oxygen. This will help to better activate the yeast.
STEP 3

Add dry yeast to the sifted flour and mix.
STEP 4

Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water. Pour water into flour mixture.
STEP 5

Add olive oil.
STEP 6

Mix everything first with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. You may need more or less flour than I did. In the first case, add a little flour, in the second, add a spoonful of water.

The dough is homogeneous, soft, and does not stick to your hands. Cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce for the pizza. You can take any seasonings and spices you like.

Cut the pre-peeled garlic into thin slices.
STEP 10

Heat olive oil slightly in a frying pan. Over medium heat, simmer the garlic in oil for 1 minute and remove from the pan. The oil will acquire a piquant taste and aroma. If you want garlic to be present in the sauce, pass it through a press.

Add tomato paste to the pan and heat for 1 minute, stirring.
STEP 12

Add water to the tomato paste and mix well. Bring the sauce to a boil.

Add salt, sugar, dried basil, stir. Cook the sauce over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cover the pan with a lid and remove from the stove. The sauce will become more flavorful and thicken a little.

The dough has risen a little, becoming more pliable and soft.

Roll out the dough into a round layer, form small sides. You can do this directly on parchment paper to make it easier to transfer the dough onto a baking sheet.

Brush the pizza base with the cooled tomato sauce.

Prepare the ingredients for the filling. You can take any sausages you like. I have boiled-smoked meat and cervelat. Cherries can be replaced with regular tomatoes. Choose tomatoes that are juicy but firm so that they hold their shape well when slicing.

Cut meat products into thin pieces. Choose any shape and size you want to cut the ingredients.
STEP 20

Wash bell peppers and tomatoes and dry. Peel the pepper from seeds and stalks, cut into rings or strips depending on size. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 parts.

Grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater. Any cheese is suitable - hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. I have three types of hard cheese: Russian, Maasdam and Parmesan.

I made a pizza with three types of toppings. Their number can be any depending on the range of products. Divide the pizza crust visually into sectors. Place pieces of meat on one of them.

Sprinkle the other one with hard cheese.
STEP 24

Place pieces of sausage and slices of bell pepper on the section with cheese. For the meat sector - cherry tomatoes.

Add olives and olives. They can be chopped or left whole. I lightly sprinkled the meat section with grated Parmesan.
STEP 26

Sprinkle the remaining section evenly with different types of grated cheese. You can arrange the ingredients for the filling in any way according to your taste and desire.

Bake the assorted pizza in an oven preheated to 190 C for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts. Cooking time may differ from that indicated, as it depends on the operating characteristics of the oven. Be sure to take this into account.

Cut the finished pizza into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
