Step-by-step preparation

Wash and peel the apples, cut them into slices

Place apples in a saucepan. Add the juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of sugar and water. Simmer until half done.
STEP 4

Separate the yolk from the white and beat it together with the remaining sugar and butter. Mix the resulting mass with cottage cheese and salt.
STEP 5

Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with crackers. We spread the dough with sides.
STEP 6

Place the filling on the dough. The bottom layer is made from curd mass, the top layer is made from apples.
STEP 7

Decorate the pie with the remaining dough and place it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
STEP 8

The recipe is excellent, I wrote it down in my book. My family really liked it. One drawback - it is not clear how much sugar should be put in apples, and how much in cottage cheese)) Cooked for 1 hour 15 minutes.
