Dough ingredients

Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy foam, while the sugar should completely dissolve.
STEP 3
Add kefir and vanilla tincture and mix.
STEP 4
Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the dough several times. You may need more or less flour, depending on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 5
Mix the dough thoroughly; it should be as thick as pancake dough.
STEP 6
Place the dough in the prepared pan and place in an oven preheated to 180 C for 10 minutes.
STEP 7
In the meantime, let's start filling.
STEP 8
Place butter, sugar, honey and milk (or cream) in a frying pan or saucepan and bring to a boil, stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 9
As soon as the mixture boils, add almond petals, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 10
After 10 minutes, remove the pie from the oven.
STEP 11
Spread the almond filling on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes until done.
STEP 12
We take the pie out of the oven, let it cool and serve. Bon appetit!
