But today, most housewives skip it not only after, but also before filling glass containers. That is, they limit themselves only to thoroughly washing empty cans with warm water and soda. Some recipes specifically indicate that filled containers must be sterilized before screwing. If there is such a step in step-by-step preparation, it is better to follow it.
