STEP 1

STEP 2

Rinse the jar and lid thoroughly using baking soda. Pour boiling water over it. Place your preferred herbs on the bottom (parsley, dill, tarragon, carrot tops, horseradish), peeled garlic cloves and spices. The main spices are bay leaf, allspice peas, you can also take white mustard seeds, black or colored peppercorns, cloves.
STEP 3

Randomly fill the jar with vegetables: whole tomatoes, zucchini slices, cauliflower florets, chopped carrots, whole or sliced cucumbers, pulp of peeled sweet peppers.
STEP 4

Gradually pour boiling water into the jar (do not pour it all at once, so as not to burst the jar), cover with a sterile tin lid and let stand for about 15 minutes. Then, using a special lid with holes, pour the water into the pan.
STEP 5

Add salt and sugar to the water and bring to a boil. Pour vinegar into the jar. Re-fill the boiled brine into the jar and immediately seal it tightly with a sterile lid. Turn the jar upside down and wrap it in something warm. Leave it like this until it cools completely.
