I made blackcurrant jam for five minutes. The jam is prepared quickly, so I first prepared the jars and lids (washed and sterilized). For this amount of ingredients I took two half-liter jars (one of them turned out to be a little incomplete; I skimmed off the foam with a reserve and set aside quite a bit of jam for tasting)))). Very tasty, aromatic, juicy berries! And cooking is quick and easy! Thanks for the recipe, naniki!

This year the blackcurrant bushes pleased us with a rich harvest. I have already prepared several versions of the preparations, but I found a recipe for five-minute jam on the website. The main convenience is that it is prepared quickly! I took larger proportions, 3 kg. berries After immersing the berries in the syrup, I did not immediately cook the jam, but waited a couple of hours until the berries were saturated with syrup. After rolling, the jars were turned upside down until they cooled. The jam according to this recipe turned out to be very fragrant and beautiful in color. In winter, I often use this jam for pies and shortbread cookies, because... The berries do not get overcooked and remain whole and attractive in appearance. The taste of five-minute blackcurrant jam is bright and rich, very pleasant.

As a result, I haven’t tried the jam yet, I just cooked it. From 500 grams of berries I got a 0.5 liter jar of jam and half a 0.5 liter jar.
